Off-dry Pinot Gris with a hint of sweetness (8g/l of residue sugar). Nearly no skin contact time followed by a short fermentation. Fruity summer wine with hints of stone fruit. Aged in stainless steel for 4 months before bottling. Hand corked with premium natural closures. 750ml.
