Cellar Door FAQs
Do I need to book to visit the cellar door?
Yes. Visits to our cellar door are available through booked experiences only.
We’re a small, family-run vineyard and winery on private property, and we host visits personally. Booking allows us to welcome guests in a considered way, keep numbers small, and offer an experience that feels relaxed and genuinely personal.
Can I visit during your listed opening hours without a booking?
Our listed opening hours reflect when bookings are available, rather than walk-in access.
As this is our home and working vineyard, visits are by booking year-round, including weekends and public holidays. This approach allows us to host thoughtfully, rather than operate as an open-door venue.
What if someone in my group isn’t drinking wine?
They’re still part of the experience and must be included in the booking and charged per person attending.
Not drinking wine is completely fine. All visits involve access to a private vineyard and winery and the experience of being hosted here. Wine tasting is just one optional part of that.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes — well-behaved dogs are welcome. We have a dog ourselves and understand that they’re often part of the journey.
Can I bring my children?
Yes. Dependants accompanied by a parent or legal guardian are welcome.
Our cellar door is a relaxed, hosted experience in a working vineyard and winery. Parents know their children best — if they’re comfortable sitting through the experience and respectful of the setting, they’re welcome to join.
Can I just stop by to buy a bottle of wine?
Bottle purchases are available by arrangement. As we’re a small, owner-run vineyard and not always on site, please get in touch before visiting to confirm availability.
