Spicy, fruity Syrah wine. Fermented in open top bins, undergone full MLF fermentation and aged in French oak. Well-rounded, and fruity with notes of vanilla. A small early release portion bottled in February 2024. The remainder will stay in oak for another year or so. 750ml.
Cult Wine review: "This Syrah is second vintage and is already drinking well. There's some great spice upfront - cloves, some pepper and baking spice. In the mouth its all fresh red and black berries with plenty of acid. This wine will continue to improve with age - if you let it get that far!"
